Learning a New Craft
Whenever we choose a new hobby or craft there is so much to learn. Whether your craft is woodworking, pottery, or card making, the learning curve can be daunting. Terminology is unfamiliar; materials can be intimidating.

My almost seven years as a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator have blessed me with many great memories of crafting alongside others. My favorite memory occurred during a class. One class member coaxed a friend to join us. She was reluctant because she believed she was not creative and thought she might be embarrassed. At the end of the class, when she held up her completed card, she looked at me with a HUGE smile on her face and said, “I did it!” The look on her face was one I will never forget.
This is why I chose the motto shown above. We start as beginners and with guidance and encouragement, we find our style.
