We’re already a few months into 2025, and somehow the calendar just keeps speeding up. While Christmas might feel like a distant blip on the horizon, a little planning now means a lot more peace later. That’s exactly why the Christmas Card Challenge exists.

Every month, a few of us quietly chip away at our holiday cards—not in a frantic, finish-them-all kind of way, but with small, doable steps. Just a couple of cards here and there. And you know what? It adds up. There’s something really comforting about watching that stash grow before the season even starts.

It’s not about perfection. Some months are busy, and things slow down a bit. (Ummm … I made ONE card in February! But one is better than none!) Other months, someone shares something beautiful that inspires the rest of us to pull out our supplies again. That gentle, creative rhythm is what I love most about this challenge.

And yes—this challenge is working for me, too. Those cards on my desk? I made them. Not in a rush. Not in a panic. Just one or two at a time, with a little chocolate to keep me company. (A dangerous companion when dealing with paper – LOL!)

If you’ve been meaning to join in, consider this your invitation. There’s no pressure—just a friendly nudge to start now, so December can be a little lighter and a lot more joyful. Check out my Facebook post for all the details!
